Shipping policy
DELIVERY SERVICE
Any promise of delivery on a certain date or within a certain period is given in good faith but StreamZ Global has no liability whatsoever in respect of any failure to deliver on such date or within such period. This contract shall not be subject to cancellation nor shall StreamZ Global be under any liability for delay in delivery due to force majeure civil or military disturbance or war insurrection failure of or delay in transportation default of a supplier or sub-contractor to StreamZ Global or due to any cause beyond their control. In the event of any such delay the specified delivery date shall be extended by a reasonable length of time measured according to the length of delay. Shipments can sometimes be delayed if customers use a PO box service, as we require a signature upon receipt.
Deliveries are sent on weekdays only (Monday to Friday) and not at the weekend.
Orders placed in the UK after 16.00 (4pm) GMT will not be processed until the next working day (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays).
UK DELIVERIES
StreamZ Global has partnered with Royal Mail to offer UK mainland coverage for all deliveries of the StreamZ Global product range.
StreamZ Global do not employ their own staff to deliver items and once deliveries have left the warehouse the responsibility of delivery is passed to the courier. Delays to parcels with Royal mail are out of our control; and all terms relating to delays or missing items are under the terms of Royal mail. Tracking numbers for deliveries will be sent to the customer when the item has left the warehouse.
Express deliveries are processed between Monday-Friday only and will be delivered the next working day between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm. Saturday delivery option is available for orders placed on Fridays only.
All delivery charges depend on the delivery option selected and are clearly shown on the checkout page. All deliveries require a signature present at the delivery address, failure to do so may in some circumstances result in the delivery being delayed. In most cases a second attempt will be made, then a card left at the address required for collection.
Any delivery attempted by the courier which is then returned to StreamZ Global will generate a refund against the job and require the customer to reorder if they still require the item. Any shipping charges applied to the initial order will not be refunded, if the 'free delivery service' option was used with the initial purchase of the item a deduction of £3.00 will be initiated.
UK Options available are:
Standard Delivery, 2-3 days – Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour. Free over £25.
Express Delivery, 1-2 days - Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour. £6.50
Deliveries will be made via Royal Mail.
Royal Mail can sometimes take up to 48 hours to update any details on their site; until this time we are unable to advise and ‘tracking’ may not be available in this time period.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, refunds will be issued upon successful receipt of the returned item and not before. We advise clients to reject the delivery rather than avoiding the courier. Rejecting the delivery will create a return timescale of around 5 working days, not rejecting the delivery can take up to 20 working days.
NEXT DAY SERVICE is not available to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, UK Islands, Channel Islands and the Isle-of-Wight (2-3 day service). Orders placed using ‘next day’ will be processed on our system as a ‘next day delivery’ but may take up to 48 hours to arrive; StreamZ cannot be held responsible if the user processes an order to a location outside of the ‘next day’ catchment zone. The customer is expected to understand if their address is outside the ‘catchment zone’ and no refunds will be issued.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
This site (www.streamz-global.com/) operates the processing and fulfilment of orders with StreamZ Global customers located in the United Kingdom and Europe. If you wish to place an order outside of these locations please contact our team - help@streamz-global.com.
BACK ORDER PROCESSING
Any orders placed for items which are on ‘back order’ status will be shipped upon re-stocking in that local region, this includes all items placed within that order.
ISSUES WITH DELIVERY - Missing or Delayed
UK deliveries are processed using Royal Mail. As Royal mail are used as the preferred shipping partner, once deliveries are handed to them and issues a tracking number; they are responsible for the delivery of the item. If there are delays or items go missing then we (the sender) and you (the receiver) are bound by Royal Mail terms and conditions. Our Support Team will do what they can to help, but please recognise that any issues with the delivery are out of our control. In most cases StreamZ are unable to send duplicate orders until RM have confirmed a claim can be made.

DELIVERY/FULFILMENT MATERIALS USED
StreamZ packaging uses starch based biodegradable packaging.
For deliveries, where possible our warehouse will attempt to reuse boxes and packaging. On many occasions though new recyclable boxes will be used to provide the best protection to the delivery. To protect items within boxes we often use Pelaspan-Pac Loosefill-Bio loose fill packaging which is a high performance, flowable cushioning material. The material is GREEN biodegradable polystyrene which is an economical void fill solution whilst also being environmentally responsible. 100% reusable, 100% recyclable and it is produced from 100% recycled polystyrene. Loosefill-Bio is an innovative protective packaging product made from renewable starch material which is completely biodegradable and compostable.
